On the page, click the tab (link with white background), then click the name of the volunteer of whose profile you want to view/edit.
The landing view summarizes the volunteer: contact details and address, notification/consent status (email and SMS), recurring , qualifications (, , , ), and . A sidebar shows the , a compliance summary (complete / expiring soon / expired / not started), and .
Use the dropdown to change:
- — name, contact, and demographic details.
- — add or update emergency contacts.
- — email/SMS notification preferences.
- — invite the volunteer to the self-service portal and manage their login.
- , , — qualifications and labels.
- — remove the volunteer (with confirmation).
