On the page, click the tab, then click the button on the right-hand side of the job for which you want to view/edit settings.
The job settings page opens with a row of tabs — , , , , , , and — that let you inspect and manage every aspect of the job.
A read-only summary of the job. Here you'll find the job's core details — description, schedule,
time, the number of volunteers needed per occurrence, and how hours and mileage are tracked —
alongside a list of the next upcoming shifts and quick stats (upcoming, assigned, and unassigned
shift counts, plus active schedules).
Schedules and Schedule Exceptions include convenient to easily make additions as well asor buttons respectively to take you directly to the volunteer schedules and exceptions/holds records that need modification.
- — takes you to the Volunteer Schedules tab and creates a recurring volunteer assignment for the job. You pick a volunteer
and set a recurrence pattern (e.g., weekly or monthly) with an optional end date; the system
then automatically generates and assigns that volunteer's upcoming shifts. allows you to modify a schedule. allows you to delete a schedule from the tab.
- — takes you to the Holds tab and creates a hold that pauses the job over a date range. You set a
start date and a resume date; shifts in that window are skipped and unassigned, then resume
automatically afterward (useful for holidays, closures, or breaks). allows you to remove an exception/hold from the Overview tab.
