Getting Started

Accessing Reports

    Select Reports from the blue navigation bar at the top of any page
    The reports dashboard will load, showing your key metrics and available report categories

Navigating the Reports Dashboard

Live Search: Use the search bar to instantly filter reports by name or description. The search works in real-time as you type.
Category Filtering: Click on any category button to show only reports from that section, making it easy to focus on specific types of analysis.
Favorites System: Click the star icon on any report card to add it to your favorites for quick access from the "Your Favorite Reports" section.
Report Categories: Reports are organized into categories:
  • Busts in Silhouette Clients - Client demographics, service history, and status reports
  • Package Services - Meal quantities, product sales, and service delivery reports
  • World Map Routes - Delivery logistics, geographic analysis, and route optimization
