Using Standard Reports

Orchard Stack comes with a collection of pre-built reports designed to meet the most common reporting needs for Meals on Wheels organizations. These reports are ready to use and provide immediate insights into your operations.

Finding the Right Report

Using Search

The fastest way to find a specific report is using the search function:
    Navigate to Reports from the blue navigation bar
    Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter keywords related to what you're looking for
    The search will instantly filter reports by both name and description
    Example searches: "demographics", "delivery", "birthday", "revenue"

Browsing by Category

Reports are organized into color-coded categories for easy navigation:

  • Meal quantities and delivery statistics
  • Product sales and revenue analysis

  • Route efficiency and stop management
  • Driver and delivery logistics
Clipboard Survey Reports
  • Client feedback and satisfaction surveys

Running a Standard Report

To run any pre-built report:
    Find your report using search or category browsing
    Click the report name to load the report
    Select your filtering options - depending on the report, this may include a date range, client type, route/zone, or other filtering option.
    Wait for processing - most reports generate within a few seconds
    Review the results in the formatted table display. Most reports are displayed in a table that is sortable and filterable.
    Export if needed to PDF, CSV, or Excel using the Export button
