Tags
Tags are free-form labels for categorizing and segmenting volunteers. This page manages the master list of tags that's available when editing a volunteer (Edit → Tags).
Opening the Tags page
Go to the Admin page.
In the Volunteer Management section, click Tags .
Managing tags
The page lists all existing tags.
- Add Volunteer Tag — Create a new tag: enter a Name and click Submit .
- Edit — Rename an existing tag.
- Delete — Remove a tag (confirm with Yes, I'm sure ); it no longer appears for new assignments.
New tags become available in each volunteer's Edit → Tags picker.
