Assign skills to a volunteer to record what they're qualified to do. Skills are used to match volunteers to jobs that require specific skills (for example, during portal sign-up). A volunteer can have multiple skills.
To open the page:
On the page, click the tab.
Click the volunteer's name to open their profile.
Click the dropdown, then .
- — pick a skill from the dropdown, then click (or to keep adding). The dropdown lists only skills not already assigned to this volunteer.
- — type a name and click to create the skill and add it to this volunteer in one step.
- Assigned skills appear in a list; click next to one to take it away (with confirmation).
