Route maps and delivery stop ordering
View a Route
To view a route, follow these steps:
Select Routes from the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
Click on View to the right of the route you would like to see or click on the name of the route.
Hint: If your organization uses automatically optimized delivery ordering, you do not need to set a route order manually.
Edit the Delivery Order
The route detail will be displayed, including:
- A map
- Distance details
- A list of clients associated with the route
To modify the delivery order:
From the route view page, select the Modify delivery order tab.
Drag and drop clients from the list at the bottom to arrange them in your preferred order.
To finalize your route, follow these steps:
Click Save and refresh map to view your new route.
Click Save and close to complete.
