Job Setup Wizard

The Job Setup Wizard lets you create many volunteer jobs at once instead of one at a time — a driver job for each delivery route, plus any kitchen roles. All jobs are created on a weekly Monday–Friday schedule and set to Active.

Opening the Job Setup Wizard

    Go to the Admin page.
    In the Volunteer Management section, click Job Setup Wizard .

Driver jobs

Pick the routes you want a driver job for. Each creates a job named "Driver - {route}" in the Drivers group, using route-based hours and mileage. Set the Start date (required) and optional Start time / End time. Routes that already have a driver job are disabled and marked already exists.

Kitchen jobs

Add named kitchen roles in the Kitchen group, using fixed hours and no mileage. Set the Start date (required) and optional Start time / End time, then use Add kitchen job to add rows — each with a Job name and a Qty (how many of that role to create). Remove a row with its X.

Creating the jobs

Select at least one route or add at least one kitchen job, then click Create Jobs. You'll see a summary of how many jobs were created (and any skipped because they already exist). Use Cancel to back out.
