Store the people to reach in an emergency on the volunteer's behalf. A volunteer can have up to two emergency contacts, which appear in the Emergency Contacts section of their profile.
To open the form:
On the page, click the tab.
Click the volunteer's name to open their profile.
Click the dropdown, then .
You can store up to emergency contacts. Each is edited inline — fill in a blank row to add a contact, or change an existing one's fields. All fields are optional.
- — the contact's name.
- — how they're related to the volunteer (e.g., spouse, parent, sibling).
- / — each with a (Home, Mobile, Work, or Not specified).
- — the contact's email address.
- — any additional details.
Click when you're done. There's no separate delete button — to remove a contact, clear its details and save.
