Edit Emergency Contacts

Store the people to reach in an emergency on the volunteer's behalf. A volunteer can have up to two emergency contacts, which appear in the Emergency Contacts section of their profile.

Opening the volunteer's Emergency Contacts form

To open the Emergency Contacts form:
    On the Volunteers page, click the Volunteers tab.
    Click the volunteer's name to open their profile.
Click the Edit dropdown, then Emergency Contacts.

Filling out the form

You can store up to two emergency contacts. Each is edited inline — fill in a blank row to add a contact, or change an existing one's fields. All fields are optional.
  • Name — the contact's name.
  • Relationship — how they're related to the volunteer (e.g., spouse, parent, sibling).
  • Primary phone / Secondary phone — each with a type (Home, Mobile, Work, or Not specified).
  • Email — the contact's email address.
  • Note — any additional details.
Click Save when you're done. There's no separate delete button — to remove a contact, clear its details and save.
