Mobile Route Sheet Settings

Navigate to Administration > Mobile Route Sheet Settings to manage the settings described below.

Enable mobile route sheets

  • Yes – Activates the mobile route sheet system and enables the option to print QR codes for access.
  • No – Disables the mobile route sheet system. Drivers will use only printed route sheets.

Auto-create daily per-route driver user accounts

  • Yes – The system automatically creates a temporary user account for each active route every day.
  • Each account is tied to a specific route and expires at the end of the day.
  • Drivers can log in using the QR code and passcode provided for their route on the route sheets.
  • No – You will need to manually create driver accounts and assign routes.

Time to enable daily per-route driver user accounts

Set the time of day when the temporary route accounts become active (for example, 09:00 AM).
Drivers will not be able to sign in before this time.

Time to disable daily per-route driver user accounts

Set the time of day when the accounts are automatically disabled (for example, 02:00 PM).
After this time, drivers will be logged out and can no longer make updates.

Best Practice:
Choose a disable time that allows enough margin after typical delivery completion.

Print mobile route sheet access information on paper route sheets by default

  • Yes – When printing paper route sheets, the system will default to including the login credentials or QR code for the corresponding mobile route sheet.
  • No – Printed sheets will not display this information by default.
Tip:
This setting just configures the default option for the route sheet generation page. You can always choose a different option when printing route sheets.
