Mobile Route Sheets allow drivers to access their route sheets from their smartphone using a QR code printed on their paper route sheets. This feature can ease driving navigation, simplify check-ins, and track deliveries in real time. The flexible, opt-in nature of the Mobile Route Sheets allows delivery drivers to use either paper or mobile route sheets depending on which is more comfortable for them.
Access is provided using a QR code and password that is unique to each route for each day. Access can additionally be limited to a specific time period during the delivery day (e.g. 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM during the delivery day). You may optionally print some route sheets with the QR code and others without the QR code if you want to limit access to certain routes.
Mobile Route Sheet settings can be configured from the Administration page. See more information at Mobile Route Sheet Settings.
Using Mobile Route Sheets
If you have not already done so, enable the Mobile Route Sheets on the settings page referenced above.
When printing route sheets, select the option to Print mobile route sheet access info to include the access information on the paper route sheets. A section like the following will be displayed at the top of each route sheet.

When prompted to login, select the option for Delivery Driver Login and then enter the password printed on the route sheet in the login form.
The delivery route and list of stops will be displayed. Click the Begin Route button to open the first client.

Managing Mobile Route Sheets in the Office
When Mobile Route Sheets are enabled, the following options are displayed on the Deliveries page below the Commit/Cancel Deliveries section.

Launch Route Delivery launches the mobile route sheet access similar to what delivery drivers using the QR code can access. This can be helpful for accessing sheets when a staff member with a regular Orchard Stack account is running a route.
View Status allows you to view alerts and the ongoing progress of delivery routes.
Mobile Route Status
After clicking the View Status page, the Route Status page is displayed. The Alerts tab lists any messages entered by drivers and any deliveries marked as Not Delivered.

Important: A delivery driver marking items as Not Delivered only creates an alert for the office as shown above and does not remove the deliveries from the client's account. A staff member should follow up on Not Delivered items to remove them from the client's account or otherwise handle the delivery exception.
The Route Detail page lists the routes in progress and can display per delivery timestamps as shown below.
