Committed Shifts
When a day's volunteer shifts are committed — manually from the Day board or automatically overnight — a record is created here. The Committed Shifts page is a central place to review committed days and revert one if needed. It shows today and future committed dates.
Opening the Committed Shifts page
Go to the Admin page.
In the Volunteer Management section, click Committed Shifts .
Reviewing and reverting
Each committed day is listed with its Date, Committed By (or "System" for the automatic overnight commit), Source (Manual or Auto), and Total / Filled shift counts.
To undo a commit, click Revert Shift Commit and confirm with Yes, I'm sure. Reverting deletes the shift-history records that commit created and re-opens the day, so its shifts become live and editable again on the Day board. Manually added history records are kept, and past dates can't be reverted.
