Menu Management provides reports to help with kitchen prep, procurement, and daily operations. Which reports are available depends on your settings — ingredient reports require ingredient tracking to be turned on.
Scaled Ingredient List
A consolidated shopping list with ingredient quantities automatically calculated from client counts and recipe portions, across a date range.
Below the meal calendar, open the Scaled ingredient list .
Select a date range and click Generate .
The report shows each ingredient with the total quantity needed across the range.
Export options: PDF, CSV, or XLSX (Excel).
Ingredients Report (daily)
From the Day view, click Ingredients Report to see the day's meals with a combined ingredient list and a per-meal breakdown (per-dish in meals-with-dishes mode), all scaled to delivered portions. Exports to PDF.
Weekly Ingredients Report
A week-wide view: the combined ingredient list for the whole week plus a per-day breakdown of meals and ingredients. Exports to PDF.
Dietary Needs Report
From the Day view, click Dietary Needs Report to see the dietary needs in play for the day — the needs assigned to the day (day mode) or the products and meals being served (meals/dishes modes) — with a per-meal list of affected clients, their needs, route, and quantity. Exports to PDF.
The daily/weekly ingredient and dietary-needs reports are PDF (they contain multiple tables). Only the Scaled Ingredient List offers CSV and XLSX.
Delivery Report Integration
Menu Management integrates with delivery day reports generated from the Deliveries module. When printing the Kitchen Sheet, Route Sheet, or Meal Labels, select the automatic substitutions option to see dietary needs filtered for the specific menu items being served that delivery day — a cleaner view than showing all of a client's dietary needs.
Delivery reports are generated from the Deliveries module, not from Menus. See the Deliveries section of the Help Center for details on Kitchen Sheets, Route Sheets, and Meal Labels.
