This release includes important bug fixes, reporting enhancements, and new customization options for Route Sheets, Meal and Meal Bag Labels, and ways to manage client dietary requirements,.
Thank you for your continued feedback — many of these improvements were driven directly by client requests.
To better support meal planning and client management:
- can now optionally be displayed on the Order page
- can now optionally be displayed on the Order page
- A new optional field can be used for simplified tracking of client dietary requirements
These enhancements make it easier to manage and reference dietary information during scheduling and order updates. These optional field changes can be enabled at .
To help reduce paper usage and streamline delivery packets, we’ve added a new:
- Displays more delivery stops per page
- Optimized layout for readability while minimizing page count
You can try this new option by selecting the "Concise" format when generating route sheets.
- The now supports combining general client information with Order details, Delivery History, or Account Transactions.
- The can now be hidden from the Contact page if your organization does not use them.
- The now supports filtering by (e.g. Cash, Check, etc.)
- The can now include the Delivery or Kitchen Instructions.
- The now support the same customization options as the Meal Labels.
We’ve addressed several issues to improve accuracy and reliability across the platform:
- Fixed delivery calculation issues that could occur after client record changes
- Resolved grouping inconsistencies for locations on Route Sheets
- Improvements to Mobile Route Sheets display behavior
- Bug fixes related to Custom Report creation and generation
