Manage Dietary Needs (allergies and preferences)

Dietary Needs stores the allergies, dietary restrictions, and/or preferences that need to be accommodated for a client's meals. The list of available options for Dietary Needs can be managed for your Organization on the Admin page.

Managing a Client's Dietary Needs

Follow these steps to manage a client's dietary needs:
    Navigate to the client's record and select Meal Services > Dietary Needs.
    Add Dietary Need: You can select the desired dietary need(s) from the list. If it’s an allergy, make sure to check the box next to Allergy. You can also remove any existing dietary needs by clicking the red Remove button to the right.
    Click Save and add another to add further needs or Save to complete.
