The page controls how route sheets look and what they include by default. These defaults are applied whenever someone generates route sheets from the page, and most of them can be overridden at generation time.
To access, go to and under , click and the page appears.
Layout, orientation, and logo.
- — Standard (modern, clean design), Concise (compact layout), or Legacy (the original template).
- — Manual route order uses the sequence you've set for each route; Optimized route order uses the mapping engine to generate the most efficient delivery path.
- — Portrait or Landscape.
- — Color, Grayscale, or None. The logo image itself is uploaded in General Settings.
Defaults for the optional map and navigation aids on each sheet. Each can be overridden when generating route sheets.
- — Provides the option to add a map showing the full route path.
- — Provides the option to add step-by-step driving directions between stops.
- — Provides the option to add a small map alongside each waypoint's directions. (Only applies when directions are included.)
Text at the top of each route sheet. Both fields support these replacement values that fill in automatically:

Fields:
- — typically the organization name or sheet title (e.g.
Route Sheet or Springfield Meals on Wheels ). - — typically contact info or delivery-specific notes (e.g.

Which details about each client appear on the sheet.
- — Show per-client kitchen/handling notes.
- — Show client dietary needs (allergies, restrictions).
- — Visually emphasise dietary needs so they stand out.
- — Characters used between multiple dietary needs (default
// ). - — Show phone numbers so drivers can contact clients.
- — Include city and state on the client's address line.
- — Include ZIP code on the client's address line.
- — Show the number of bags to deliver to each client (calculated from "Items Per Bag" in Meal Bag Label Settings).
- — Combine clients who share an address into one stop.
- — When grouping is on, also group separate apartments/suites in the same building.
- — Show A, B, C marker icons next to client names (recommended when grouping clients at the same location).
- — Flag clients whose birthday falls on the delivery date.
- — Flag clients receiving their first delivery.
- — List on-hold clients assigned to the route at the end of the sheet.
A summary line at the top of each route sheet.
- — Show or hide the summary line.
- — Include the total number of stops.
- — Include the total number of clients.
- — Include the total number of items.
- — Break the item count out by product category.
A table summarising item counts per product.
- — Include the table on each sheet.
- — Add a grand-total row at the bottom of the table.
- — Place the table before the client list (otherwise it appears at the end of the sheet).
Add fields to the printed sheet for drivers to confirm delivery.
- — Add a checkbox next to each client for the driver to mark.
- — Add lines for the driver to record route start and end times.
- — Add a signature line at the end of the sheet.
- — Custom text printed above the signature line. Leave blank for the default ("Thank you for completing your route! Please sign below to confirm it's finished.").
These options apply only when is set to . Use for new implementations.
- — Include client profile pictures in color.
- — Show dietary flags on each client.
- — Add pin markers to visualise delivery locations.
