Route Sheet Settings

The Route Sheet Settings page allows you to customize how delivery route sheets appear for drivers and volunteers. You can tailor layout, navigation aids, client information, and visual formatting to support accurate and efficient delivery workflows.

Gear Basic Settings

Control the overall layout, orientation, and logo appearance on the route sheets.
  • Route Sheet Format:Choose the visual design for your sheets:
  • Standard – Modern, clean design
  • Legacy – The original route sheet template
  • Route Ordering:
  • Manual route order – Reflects your custom-defined route sequence
  • Optimized route order – Uses the mapping engine to generate the most efficient delivery path
  • Print Orientation:
  • Portrait or Landscape layout
  • Logo Display:
  • Choose Color or Grayscale(Logo image is managed in General Settings)


World Map Maps & Directions

Add maps or navigation assistance to printed route sheets. These default settings can be overridden when generating route sheets.
  • Include Route Map?
  • Yes – Adds a map showing the route path
  • No – No map included
  • Include Turn-by-Turn Directions?
  • Yes – Adds step-by-step driving directions
  • No – Omits directions
  • Include Waypoint Maps with Directions?
  • Yes – Adds a map for each delivery waypoint with its directions
  • No – Directions only, no waypoint maps


Receipt Route Sheet Header Content

Customize the header that appears at the top of each route sheet. Now fully customizable.
  • Left Header Text:Add your organization name, route name, or other info
  • Right Header Text:Often used for contact info or delivery-specific notes


Bust in Silhouette Client Information

Control what information about each client is included on the route sheet.
  • Include Kitchen Instructions?
  • Yes – Show handling/prep notes per client
  • No – Hide kitchen notes
  • Include Client Phone Number?
  • Yes – Helps drivers contact clients if needed
  • No – Hides phone numbers
  • Include Meal Bag Count?
  • Yes – Displays the number of bags to deliver(Calculated using “Items Per Bag” from Meal Bag Label Settings)
  • No – Hides bag count
  • Include Birthday Alert?
  • Yes – Highlights clients with birthdays on the delivery date
  • Include First Delivery Alert?
  • Yes – Flags clients receiving their first delivery


Bar Chart Route Totals Information

Add summary tables and totals to help organize and verify delivery items.
  • Show Total Stops and Items at Top Left?
  • Yes – Displays summary totals in the top-left of the sheet
  • No – Omits totals
  • Show Item Totals Table?
  • Yes – Includes a table showing item counts per product type
  • No – Omits this table
  • Show Grand Total Line on Item Totals Table?
  • Yes – Adds a row with the overall grand total
  • No – Grand total is hidden
  • Show Item Totals Table at Top?
  • Yes – Table appears before the client listings
  • No – Table appears at the end of the sheet


Receipt Legacy Settings

These options apply only when using the legacy route sheet format. Use standard format for new implementations.
  • Print Color Images (Legacy)?
  • Yes – Includes client profile pictures in color
  • No – No images or grayscale only
  • Print Matching Dietary Needs (Legacy)?
  • Yes – Displays dietary flags
  • No – Hides dietary details
  • Print Map Markers on Client List (Legacy)?
  • Yes – Adds pin markers to visualize delivery locations
  • No – No geographic markers


Check Mark Button Saving Changes

Click Save Settings to apply your changes. These preferences will be used when generating route sheets from the Deliveries page.
