We’re excited to share a fresh batch of improvements aimed at making your day-to-day work in Orchard Stack even smoother—from client billing to order management, route planning, and meal labeling.
A brand new invoice template is now available, featuring:
- A clean, modern design
- Improved formatting for readability
- More options for customizing layout and branding
To use this new invoice template, change the Invoice Format setting to on the Billing Settings page.
The legacy invoice template remains available to allow for a smooth transition. You can continue using it as needed while you explore the new layout.
Invoices can now be sent directly to clients via email - both in bulk during end-of-month billing and on-demand at any time from the client's invoicing page. You can configure the invoice emailing from the Billing Settings page. Note that the new invoice format is required to use the new invoice emailing feature.
Third-party payer billing has been enhanced with better support for organizational-level accounting. Orchard Stack can now manage a single organizational billing account for a third-party payer, and an organizational payment can be entered just once rather than individually for each client. (The existing per-client management of third-party billing accounts remains available.)
