Options
Route Sheet Format — Legacy, Standard, or Concise (denser layout).
Route Selection — All Routes, Selected Zones, or Selected Routes. Choosing zones or routes reveals a checklist to pick from.
Route Optimization — Manual route order uses the stop order you've set for each route; Optimized route order lets the system arrange the stops for the shortest driving distance.
Include route map — Yes or No. Adds a map of the route to each sheet.
Include turn-by-turn directions — Yes or No. Adds driving directions between stops.
Print mobile route sheet access info — Yes or No. Adds the QR code and password drivers need to open the route on their phone. Available only if your organization has Mobile Route Sheets enabled — see Mobile Route Sheet Settings .
Include message at top of each route sheet — Yes or No. When set to Yes, a Message text field appears for a note that prints at the top of every sheet — handy for holiday hours, weather warnings, or one-off instructions to drivers.

Downloading/Printing
Click Download to obtain a printable PDF from the report view. The generated PDF contains one route sheet per selected route. Each sheet lists the stops in order with delivery details, plus any optional map, directions, mobile access info, or top message you requested.
If you included a route map or turn-by-turn directions, a status table appears on the result page showing whether the mapping service finished cleanly for each route. Routes flagged with Warning or Error may have missing or incomplete map data and are worth a quick review before printing.
