This release expands reporting on the Deliveries page, introduces a redesigned client survey experience, and adds new flexibility to meal labels and mobile route sheets.
📋 Client Delivery Status Changes Report
You can now report on clients whose delivery status has changed over a given period — making it easy to see who is starting, stopping, or changing service.
The report lists each affected client along with their route, effective date, change type, and order, and covers the following changes:
New clients
Departing clients
Temporary stops
Resumes from a temporary stop
Other status changes
The report is available in two places:
Directly from the Deliveries page, where a Client Delivery Status Changes panel previews the day's changes and links to the full report
From the Reporting section under Reports > Clients , where you can run it across a custom date range
You can filter by route or zone, narrow to service starts or service stops, choose your sort order, and optionally include product options and diet type.
📅 Report on a Single Day or the Whole Week
Both the Delivery Items report and the new Client Delivery Status Changes report can now cover either a single delivery day or an entire week.
Use the Include which delivery dates? option to choose This delivery date or This week
When running the Delivery Items report for a full week, a new Display by option lets you show Totals only or a Per day breakdown
This makes it much faster to plan and review an entire week of service without running a separate report for each day.
📝 Improved Client Surveys
The client survey experience has been redesigned from the ground up, with a modern builder, more powerful question options, and expanded reporting.
A new Survey Builder
Build and edit surveys on a single screen with drag-and-drop question ordering and a live preview that updates as you work
More question types — in addition to single choice, multiple choice, number, text, and yes/no, you can now add dropdowns, rating scales, dates, times, email and phone fields, and section headings to organize longer surveys
Required fields, help text, and validation — mark questions as required, add help text, and set rules such as text length, number ranges, and rating scales
Optional scoring — assign point values to answers to automatically score responses, which is ideal for needs assessments
Scheduling and reassessments
Schedule surveys for clients on a recurring basis — monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually
Staff are automatically reminded when client reassessments are due or overdue
Save a survey in progress as a draft and resume it later
Expanded reporting options
Survey Analytics — aggregated charts and statistics for a survey, including answer distributions and averages
Survey Assignments — a dashboard of due and overdue client reassessments
Survey Responses — the familiar per-client response report, now improved
Your historical data is protected. Editing a survey that already has responses automatically creates a new version and preserves the earlier responses.
Meal Labels can now print a client's full address.
Choose Full address as the content for any label line
Unlike the existing single-line address option, Full address prints address line 1, address line 2 (when present), and the city, state, and ZIP across separate lines
Set it as a default in Admin > Meal Label Settings , or select it when printing labels
✍️ Optional Signature Capture on Mobile Route Sheets
The signature capture button on Mobile Route Sheets is now optional.
Turn it on or off with the Enable signature capture on mobile route sheets setting in Admin > Mobile Route Sheet Settings
When enabled, drivers see a Capture Signature button at each stop; when disabled, the button is hidden
Signature capture remains enabled by default , so nothing changes unless you turn it off, and any previously captured signatures are always preserved
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
This release also includes a range of performance improvements and bug fixes, including:
Faster client delivery calculations
