The delivery schedule for a client's meals and other services is managed using the client's Order. Meals and other items, often referred to as "Products" within the software, can be assigned to:
Recurring delivery schedules, such as Weekly on Monday - Friday, Every Other Week on Tuesdays, the 3rd Monday of the Month, etc.
One-time delivery schedules, which can be entered as a single date or for multiple days at once.
How do I change a client's meal order?
Navigate to the client record and select Meal Services > Order.

The client's current order is displayed at the top of the page. These items can be edited by clicking the Edit button on the right side of the order row. You may also add a new item to the order using the Add Item to Order section towards the bottom of the page.

When adding or editing an order, configure the following information:
Item: This is the meal or other item to be delivered.
Quantity: The number of this item to deliver
Frequency: How often this order should recur. Select Weekly if the order will reoccur every week or every other week. Select Once if the order will occur on only a specific date or Multiple Dates if you'd like to enter multiple one-time order dates.
Depending on the Frequency you select, other options will be displayed for selecting how often the order repeats (e.g. every week or every other week), the days of the week, and the starting date.
The best practice for managing when a client's deliveries should start is to manage the client's Status and schedule the client to change from Prospective/Inactive status to Active when deliveries should start. Setting a starting date on a recurring order line is recommended when scheduling a change in Billing Account or Route using the Advanced Options described below.
If you select Multiple Dates, a calendar will be displayed allowing you to select the desired days for the delivery. (After you add a Multiple Dates order, these orders will be displayed in the system as one-time orders with one for each of the selected dates.

Advanced Options
We can override the Route or Billing Account for a particular client order in the Advanced Options section.
