New & Improved: Service Date Management
You can now track when meals are intended to be consumed separately from when they are delivered.
This is especially helpful when delivering multiple meals in advance (for example, delivering Friday meals intended to be consumed over the weekend).
Highlights
Service Date Management can be enabled or disabled based on your organization’s needs.
Choose whether billing is based on Service Date or Delivery Date.
Configure which service days correspond to which delivery day using a drag-and-drop interface.

If you're interested in enabling Service Date Management for your organization, please consider enabling the feature at the beginning of a new billing period for a simpler transition. You may also want to reach out to Support for assistance in making this transition.
Route Sheets: Grouping Clients at the Same Location
On both paper and mobile route sheets, clients located at the same physical location are now visually grouped together in the deliveries list and turn-by-turn directions — whether it’s:
Multiple clients at one residence, or
Multiple apartments within the same building
This simplifies navigation and makes deliveries faster and easier for drivers.
This new feature can be enabled at Admin > Route Sheet Settings > Client Information Section > Group Clients at Same Location.
Simplified Client Notes
Client Notes have been streamlined. Admins can now configure the following fields to be optional or hidden:
Note Subject
Note Type
Note Source
This makes adding quick notes faster while still allowing organizations that need categorization to keep using these fields.
These new settings can be enabled at Admin > Client Note Settings.
Other Fixes & Improvements
Route Sheets can now use different headers per delivery zone.
New options for displaying delivery confirmation checkboxes and a signature line for drivers on paper route sheets.
