Kitchen/Loading Sheet

Kitchen/Loading Sheet

The Kitchen/Loading Sheet is a printable report for kitchen prep and for loading delivery vehicles for a selected day. Depending on your organization's settings, it can include a meal summary, a route-by-route quantity grid, a dietary needs table, and per-client meal-detail tables.

Opening the report

From the Deliveries page, set the delivery date, then click Kitchen/Loading Sheet in the Reports box on the left side of the page.

Options

    Select the desired report options:
  • Format — Standard (current layout) or Legacy (older layout, for organizations still relying on it).
  • Print for which routes? — All routes, Selected zones, or Selected routes. Choosing zones or routes reveals a checklist to pick from.
  • Print meal detail table for which clients? — controls which clients appear in the per-client detail tables:
  • All clients — every client on the selected routes.
  • Clients with dietary needs or instructions — only clients who have dietary needs or kitchen/delivery instructions.
  • Clients with substitutions (menu management required) — only clients whose meals include substitutions.
  • Do not print — skip the per-client tables entirely.
Click Submit to generate the report. It may take a moment.

Modifying Report Content Settings

The generated PDF can include any of the following, depending on your organization's settings:
  • A meal summary at the top with overall counts.
  • A route quantity grid showing how many of each item each route needs.
  • A dietary needs table summarizing allergies and restrictions.
  • Per-client meal-detail tables listing each client's items along with any special instructions, filtered by your choice above.
The report sections that appear, page breaks between routes, row spacing, and the default Format and client-detail choice is controlled by your organization's settings. See  Kitchen Sheet Settings .
