The page allows you to configure the default content, layout, and format of meal labels used in the kitchen and during delivery. These settings help ensure that labels are clear, consistent, and tailored to your program’s needs. They act as defaults when generating labels but can be overridden as needed.
Go to > click These settings define the overall label format, which clients and routes are included by default, and how the label file is generated.
- : Choose from available label formats:
- Large (Avery 5162), Small (5160), Extra Large (5163), etc.
- : Select whether labels are printed for:
- All routes
- Specific delivery zones
- Specific routes
- : Choose which clients are included:
- All clients
- Filtered by product selection or dietary needs
- : Choose the default file format for exported label documents:
- PDF or DOCX
These options control the content shown on each line of labels.

Once you’ve adjusted your settings, click . Your updated preferences will apply to all future label generation tasks, unless specifically overridden when generating labels.
