Meal Bag Label Settings

Meal bag labels are used to group multiple meal items into bags or boxes for easier delivery and distribution. The Meal Bag Label Settings page lets you control how these labels are printed, what information appears on them, and how they are grouped.
Round Pushpin To access: Go to Admin > click Meal Bag Label Settings


Check Mark Button Enable Meal Bag Labels

Use this setting to enable or disable bag label printing across the system.
  • Enable Meal Bag Labels:
  • Select Yes to display meal bag label print options on the Deliveries page
  • Select No to hide these options if your program does not group items into meal bags
This setting helps reduce clutter if bag labeling is not part of your current delivery workflow.


Gear Default Settings

These fields define how bag labels are generated by default. They can be overridden when generating labels for specific deliveries.
  • Label Size: Choose your preferred label format (e.g., Extra Large – Avery 5163)
  • Default Output Format: Select whether labels are exported as PDF or DOCX
  • Route Selection: Choose which delivery routes should be included in label generation
  • Client Selection: Choose whether labels are printed for:
  • All clients
  • Filtered by product or dietary needs
  • First Line Content: Choose what appears beneath the client name:
  • Full address, Address line only, or customizable text
  • Items Per Bag: Set the number of items that should be grouped into a single bag
  • This controls how many labels are generated based on item count


Label Label Configuration

These settings control how labels are organized and whether additional grouping logic is applied.
  • Logo Display: Choose how your organization’s logo appears:
  • Color or Grayscale(The logo image is managed under General Settings.)
  • Separate Labels by Category:
  • Select Yes to generate different labels for different product categories (e.g., frozen, fresh, pantry)
  • Select No to print unified labels without category separation


Floppy Disk Saving Changes

Click Save Settings to apply your updates. All changes will immediately take effect for future bag label printouts initiated from the Deliveries page.
