We’re excited to share the latest updates to Orchard Stack! Our June release introduces new features to help your team better manage meals, routes, and delivery operations.
You can now define and to customize offerings like never before. This is ideal for meals and other items that may include variations, such as:
- Drink → Coffee, Tea, Water
- Side → Salad, Fruit, Yogurt
Each product option can be marked as required or optional.
You can also now set products or their options to appear in a particular color or highlighted on the delivery reports. For example, Diabetic meals can be set to appear in or be on the Route and Kitchen Sheets for better visibility.
This release adds a suite of upgraded reports for the deliveries page and simplified pages for creating reports and adjusting report settings.
- – A refreshed layout with easier customization and optional driver alerts for a client's first delivery or birthday.
- – A refined kitchen/loading prep-friendly report with easier customization of the route quantities and meal detail tables.
- – Upgraded labels with support for new label sizes and easier customization of the text and optional logo on the labels.
- – A refreshed listing of client dietary needs with simplified grouping by client.
The legacy versions of these reports remain available to allow for a smooth transition. You can continue using them as needed while you explore the new layouts. Just select in the format option to print the previous version of the report.

- Displays which clients are scheduled for delivery each day
- Helps coordinate route planning and kitchen prep
- Available in a visual, calendar-style layout from the admin dashboard
