February 2026 Release Notes
This update focuses on workflow improvements, smarter routing, and performance enhancements—especially around accounting, delivery management, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Accounting Enhancements
We’ve made it easier and faster to work with client transactions:
- A new Transaction Search page allows for searching for transactions of any type by date range, note, check number or amount. This new page is accessible from Accounting > Manage Transactions and replaces the previous payment-specific search page.
- Improved access to transaction editing from both the Client Register and Manage Transactions pages
- Committed client invoices can now be edited, reducing the need for workarounds when corrections are required.
Smarter Route Optimization
- Route optimization now supports optimizing multiple stops within apartment buildings and complexes
- Multiple deliveries at the same location are now grouped and sequenced more efficiently
Meal Label Improvements
- Client phone numbers can now be included in meal label notes, making it easier for drivers or volunteers to contact clients when needed
More Flexible Delivery Specials
- Delivery Specials can now be delivered on routes other than the client’s default route, allowing for greater flexibility when handling temporary changes or special circumstances
Performance Improvements
- Faster recalculation of upcoming deliveries after changes to a client’s order or profile
- Various bug fixes based on customer feedback
