Kitchen Sheet Settings

The Kitchen/Loading Sheet Settings page allows you to control how kitchen prep and delivery loading sheets are formatted and what data they include. These sheets are helpful for organizing daily meal production, packing, and delivery workflows.
To access, go to Admin and under Delivery Reports & Settings, click Kitchen Sheet Settings and the Kitchen/Loading Sheet Settings page appears.

Basic Settings

Control the appearance, layout, and branding of your kitchen sheets.
  • Kitchen Sheet Format: Standard for modern, clean design or Legacy for classic format
  • Print Orientation: Landscape (wider layout) or Portrait (narrower layout)
  • Font Size: Choose from Small, Medium, or Large
  • Logo Display: Include your organization’s logo in Color or Grayscale. Logo image is set in General Settings.

Summary Tables

Control whether overall totals and summary tables are included.
  • Include Options Table? Provides the option to display a table summarizing quantities by product option (e.g., drinks, sides).
  • Include Dietary Needs Table? Provides the option to display a summary table for dietary restrictions (e.g., low sodium, gluten free).

Route Quantity Table

Shows meal counts by zone and route.
  • Include Route Quantity Table? Provides the option to show quantities per meal type for each route.
  • Show Totals Column First? Provides the option to show totals appear before the meal type breakdown or at the end of each row.

Meal Detail Table

Customize the section that lists client-specific meals and instructions.
  • Which Clients to Include? All clients or filtered by dietary needs.
  • Client Order: Optimized route order (default) or Alphabetical.
  • Include Kitchen Instructions? Provides the option to show any instructions from the client’s delivery profile.
  • Show Route Meal Counts? Provides the option to show displays total counts per route at the top of the detail section.
  • Page Break Between Routes? Provides the option to add a page break between each route’s client list.
  • Row Padding (Lines): Adds vertical space between client rows (0–10 lines). Useful for workflows where staff need to write on printed sheets.

Legacy Settings

Legacy-specific formatting options, provided for compatibility with older workflows and layouts.
  • Print All Clients (Legacy)? All clients or use standard Meal Detail Table settings.

Saving Changes

Click Save Settings to apply your updates. These preferences will affect all future kitchen/loading sheets generated from the Deliveries page.
